Do not buy from any of these people if they are recommending that you purchase a certain strain. They are obviously trying to unload bad or old weed. Watch out for the deals as well. I recently purchased a bogo on an eight and it was terrible!
So since they will do nothing about this bad sale, I will post these facts!
They are no longer care givers, they are salesman and women.
From this point forward I will not let them help me to decide. And neither should any of you who read this post.
And I have no care in the world what they think of me after this post. I received better care from my old drug dealer! I have had it with wasting my good, hard-earned money just to have a salesperson decide for me, a medical marijuana patient, receive the weed I need and want.
So I will take my time looking at the menu and pay no attention to the sales people, because, in my opinion, they no longer take care of patients! We are nothing but another sale.
How did they think this transaction was going to end?
For the record, they sold me very dry fluffy weed. It would just crumble in my fingertips without any pressure. And that is not what I went in there for.
My new advice in this new atmosphere for medical patients, follow your own instincts and trust no one.
From this point forward you will have to seriously earn my good rating. I am greatly disappointed!
Teresa has helped me previously and per usual goes above and beyond to help assure I leave with product I love every single time. Last night she literally went on a 10 min hunt for the highest percentage of my preferred terps and did it smiling and laughing with me the whole time making it clear as day that she loves her job and helping us customers. I love the staff as a whole, but Teresa is just always the biggest delight and joy to work with!
Always had great experiences here. Staff is friendly, willing to answer questions, and have a great attitude. Love stopping by! Nicholas is great!
Update: I still love this place! I was helped by Austin tonight, and he was polite, honest, and very helpful! Definitely won’t shop anywhere else.

Mora was great! I’ve honestly never experienced bad customer service here. I love that they extended the hours of operation as well. Everyone is always quick, polite and friendly.
They didn't have what I wanted, but they had a reasonable good alternative to suit me and my needs. So yeah, I'll visit again if they don't move to a different location.
